Woman Accused of Operating Ohio County Meth Lab Due in Court
A woman accused of operating a meth lab in Ohio County is expected to appear in court on Friday.
Cheryl Danehart, 41, was arrested after the Ohio County Sheriff's Department was called to do a welfare check at a house Gashell Run Road in July. When police arrived, they were given permission to enter the home - once inside, they say they discovered a one-pot meth lab.
Danehart was arrested and charged with one felony count of operating a secret meth lab as well as one felony count of child endangerment, because her 3-year-old son was living in the trailer with her. Danehart will appear in Ohio County Magistrate court before Magistrate Patty Murphy on Friday afternoon. Stay with us for updates.
