10-Year-Old Jefferson County Tap Dancer Recognized by Ohio State Senate

A tap dancer from Jefferson County has been recognized by the State Senate in Ohio.

10-year-old Olivia Bonecutter was presented with Senate Resolution 334 by Senator Lou Gentile last Wednesday after being the youngest dancer and only Ohioan to be selected for the USA tap team.

Olivia dances at The Place for Dance in Wintersville and is a fifth grader at Indian Creek Middle.

She recently competed in Germany with her team.
