The 2015 Masters is all set to tee off on Thursday morning at Augusta National.
All eyes this week will be on four-time champion Tiger Woods, who will play in his 20th Masters. Woods also owns 14 major championship victories but is now ranked outside the top 100 for the first time in his career. The 39-year-old American has not played since withdrawing from the Farmer’s Insurance Open in early February.
Last year’s winner Bubba Watson and world No. 1 Rory McIlroy are heavy favorites to win. Watson is trying to join Jack Nicklaus as the only golfers to ever win three green jackets in four years, and McIlroy needs this one to earn the career grand slam.
WTRF-CBS had the weekend coverage with Jim Nantz and Sir Nick Faldo. Saturday’s coverage is from 3-7 p.m., Sunday is 2-7.
