The Wheeling Park High School boys basketball game at Brooke High School has been postponed Tuesday night.

School officials are currently investigating an incident that allegedly took place on the Wheeling Park team bus last week. The team was traveling to Morgantown to attend a WVU Mountaineer basketball game.

School officials say four players are facing suspensions and or expulsions for their roles in the alleged incident.

Ohio County School Board President Shane Mallet says head coach Michael Jebbia reported the incident immediately.

“Concerns were brought to the attention of Ohio County Schools, and school system officials are working with legal counsel,” said Ohio County Schools Superintendent Dr. Dianna Vargo.

Since the incident involved a minor, names will not be released.
