Ohio State Highway Patrol say the Barnesville Police have tracked down the driver of a white pickup truck that hit a horse and buggy early Monday morning near Somerton, Ohio.
According to police, the man who allegedly drove the pickup truck is from Cambridge, OH and is employed in the pipeline industry.
Police say the incident happened around 7:30 Monday morning.
Abe Schwartzentruber, the driver of the buggy, suffered bumps and bruises and his horse had large patches of skin scraped off its legs.
An investigation is ongoing.
