Anti-Greyhound Racing Organization Introduces Legislation to End W. Va. Racing

An anti-greyhound racing organization has introduced legislation to lawmakers to end greyhound racing in West Virginia.

The group, Grey2K USA, held a meeting to discuss the legislation which would eliminate the racetrack at Wheeling Island.

Senator Chris Walters told the board members Monday that an agreed-to bill will be ready on the first day of the 2016 session.
