A major steel maker is now suing Hancock County officials.
The lawsuit stems from an appraisal value of the price of steel coils on the open market.
ArcellorMittal is accusing county officials of overestimating the price by $11 million.
A little over a month ago county commissioners said the appraisal value of the coils was accurate and was done by a registered assessor.
