Belmont County Authorities Make One of the Biggest Cocaine, Heroin Busts in County’s History


Belmont County authorities on Friday made what they said is one of the biggest cocaine and heroin busts in the county’s history. 

Authorities seized nearly $15,000 worth of cocaine and heroin around 7 a.m. Friday morning at a residence on Cohen Road in Belmont. This is only the second time this large of an amount of drugs have been seized in Belmont County.        

As of Friday morning, two people were in custody, Jodie Worley and Daniel Clark. Both were being held in the Belmont County Jail, but Worley was in the process of bonding out as of noon Friday.
