Belmont County Man Forfeits $400K in Profits


The man who owned two Party Centers in Belmont County was sentenced on Monday for trafficking synthetic marijuana.  

Last month, Fred Fryman pleaded guilty to charges of trafficking synthetic marijuana. Fryman was sentenced to three years of community controlled sanctions, which includes six months of house arrest.

He will also forfeit $400,000 in profits to the Drug Task Force and prosecutor’s office to fight illegal drugs.

Fryman reportedly sold synthetic marijuana from December 2012 to April 2013.
