Green faces a maximum of 11 years in prison. He had been released on bond prior to his trial, however, his bond was revoked on April 12 of 2013 after he tested positive for marijuana.

Cattane’s body was found at daybreak by a passing motorist who called authorities. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said physical evidence led them to Green.
