They got a call, from the Frigo Cheeseheads Company, saying they won 2,500 for being one of the top five finalists in the Build A Brighter Future contest.
It turns out the grandmother of a student entered the contest on behalf of the school.
But that’s not the end of the story!
“Now we are one of the top five finalists in the nation to win ten thousand dollars. We’re competing with schools from New Jersey, Las Vegas and we get to vote every day up to October 31 and after that they’ll let us know if we’re the recipient of the $10,000. ,” said Principal Stacy Greer.
