Bishop Donahue senior quarterback Jesse Padlow repeats as on the Class A, First-Team All-State list.
He finished his record-setting career as the school leader in attempts, completions, yards and touchdowns. He passed for over 2,200 hundred yards this season, and finished his career with 6,302 yards. He accounted for 31 touchdowns this season, and finished with 71 for his career.
Padlow is joined on the first-team list by classmates Brett Moore, who finished his career with over 1,000 rushing and receiving yards, defensive lineman C.J.Huff, the school’s all-time sack leader (38.5) and linebacker Matt Vucelik, who charted 338 career tackles, second on the school’s all-time list.
Other local accolades include Tyler Consolidated sophomore running back Jace Reed (2nd team offense), Magnolia junior running back Tyler Anderson (2nd team offense), Wheeling Central senior offensive lineman Peter Hartzel (2nd team offense). A pair of junior, defensive lineman, Magnolia’s Carter Seckman and Paden City’s Luke Cooper, were named to the second team defense.
