Our CBS-Affiliate WBNS in Columbus reports the bodies of the missing northeast Ohio couple have been found in a remote part of Coshocton County inside their burned vehicle.
Detectives are now trying to figure out how the bodies Doyle and Lilian Chumney ended up in Coshocton County.
Family members says they found their house ransacked Wednesday. The couple and their car, missing.
Police say a passerby spotted the car Thursday in Bakersville in Coshocton County and notified the Coshocton County sheriff. Police held an impromptu press conference Thursday evening and said they are “actively searching for suspects.”
