UPDATE 8AM WEDNESDAY
Both lanes of 70 west bound near the state line welcome center are open.
That’s after Ohio County Sheriff, Pat Butler says the truck overturned onto the median.
It has since been cleaned up.
Continue to use caution while heading out today as the Sheriff reports several minor accidents due to slick road conditions.

One lane of Interstate 70 WB, near the WV/PA Line Welcome Center is CLOSED due to an overturned tractor trailer.
This is according to Ohio County Sheriff Pat Butler.
Sheriff Butler is also reporting several other minor accidents due to road conditions.
Use caution if heading out this morning.
