Cameron Woman Arrested in Relation to Pennsylvania Grocery Store Robbery


A Cameron woman, along with a Holbrook, Pennsylvania man were taken into custody on Friday for their alleged involvement in the robbery of a grocery store in Center Township. 

The Pennsylvania State Police said Michelle L. Cain, 26, and Curtis M. Vanbuskirk, 26, were located in Waynesburg and arrested after they failed to turn themselves into police. 

On Friday, warrants were obtained for the pair regarding a robbery at Rush’s Grocery Store that happened on July 27, 2015. 

Cain is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit terroristic threats and conspiracy to commit theft. 

Vanbuskirk is charged with robbery, terroristic threats, and theft. 

They were arraigned by District Judge Glenn Bates, and given a $30,000 cash only bail.

Neither of them made bail and were taken to the Greene County Jail pending a preliminary hearing.
