Carroll County Man Indicted for Aggravated Murder


Wesley Clark, the Carroll County man who allegedly murdered 26-year-old Dustin Moreland, was indicted by the Harrison County Grand Jury Friday.

Clark, 52, faces charges of aggravated murder, murder, having weapons under disability and two counts of tampering with evidence.

Officers found Moreland’s body on Lone Pine Road in Monroe Township. Clark was later captured in Carroll County after a multi-county manhunt.

Earlier this week, Clark plead guilty to a felony charge of escape in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court
