A banner promoting the Heather Miller Golf Classic was reportedly taken from its location on Parkview Road in Ohio County.

Jody Miller, the mother of the late Heather Miller, said the 3×8 banner is gone. Miller filed a police report.

There are three other banners on Oak Park, Kepner in Woodsdale and near the McDonald’s in Elm Grove.

Miller says she would like the banner back. It has been up for a week and a half.

The Heather Miller Golf Classic will be held Friday, July 31 at 11 a.m. at Oglebay Park’s Crispin Golf Course.

Anyone with information about the missing banner is asked to call Wheeling Police at 304-234-3664. Calls can also be placed with the Lauttamus Security Crime Fighters Tip Line at 1-800-223-0312. They will remain confidential.
