Wesley Clark, who was arrested May 15 by Harrison County police, says he still wishes to represent himself at trial.

However, stand-by counsel was appointed to assist Clark with preparing his defense for the trial.

Adrian Pincola will act as his adviser but they will not have a normal attorney-client relationship.

Prosecutor Owen Beetham is calling this a unique situation in a crime of this magnitude.
