Couple Arrested After Deputies Find Heroin Laced With Fentanyl

A West Virginia couple was arrested after the Harrison County Street Crimes and Drug Unit raided their home early Wednesday morning.

Raven Shaw, 19, and Thomas Wyckoff, 23, of Clarksburg were in possession of 45 stamps of heroin labeled “Hook Me Up,” with a picture of an alien, something the Drug Unit warned the community about days ago. The heroin was laced with fentanyl, according to deputies.

The Drug Unit also found three notebooks containing owe sheets, a digital scale, and $209.

Wyckoff had the heroin on him, and Shaw was in possession of the money, deputies said.

Three $20 bills used by the SCAD Unit to purchase heroin from Wyckoff and Shaw were found in the $209.

Shaw and Wyckoff are each charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver heroin.
