A Pennsylvania court is ordering the state government to restore the pension of former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.

Sandusky originally lost his pension in October 2012 when he was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison for sexually abusing 10 boys.

The judge also ordered the board to pay back the interest on the nearly $5,000 a month pension to Sandusky and his wife Dottie.
