Crittenton Hosts 5K in Honor of Founding Father

Crittenton Services in Wheeling held their inaugural Founding Father’s 5K on Sunday morning at Grand Vue Park in Moundsville.The race was named in honor of Charles Crittenton, the founding father of Crittenton Services.

Dozens of people showed up for the 10 a.m. race, and participants received a t-shirt, lunch, a coupon for 50% off Grand Vue’s Zip Line Tour and more.

The cross country 5K offered a challenging off-road course for runners and walkers. 

Participants were encouraged to finish the race in honor or in memory of a father or father figure in their life.
