LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) – A prosecutor says a man sold marijuana from an apartment above a day care center that his wife owns in central Pennsylvania.

Forty-one-year-old Craig Johnson, of Lancaster, faces a preliminary hearing May 3 on a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

LNP (http://bit.ly/22KJKpo ) reports that Lancaster County detectives raided the building on March 17 and found more than $1,000 and three ounces of marijuana packaged in six sandwich-sized bags.

Investigators don’t believe children were present when drugs were sold and say none of the drugs were sold at the Gymboree Family Childcare center on the building’s first floor.

Nobody answered the phone at the business on Tuesday and Johnson’s defense attorney didn’t immediately return a call for comment.
