The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly car crash in Harrison County.
Barry Anderson, 27 of Conneaut, Ohio, was driving in the westbound lane of State Route 646 Wednesday morning between New Rumley and Scio when he traveled off the right side of the road, hit an embankment, then flipped the van he was driving.
