Right now, wind chill values are warmer than 10 below zero across the region and the wind chill advisory has expired in Ohio, Marshall, and Wetzel counties.
Tuscarawas, Coshocton, Harrison, Muskingum, Guernsey, Belmont, Noble and Monroe have been lifted from their wind chill advisories as well.
Temperatures between zero and 10 below will continue throughout the afternoon.
This afternoon, snow is expected to fall in scattered showers with one to two inches of localized snow. Showers will continue into the evening with activity becoming isolated by evening.
Tonight, the wind chill could be as low as 20 below zero due to temperatures predicted from 8 above zero to 3 below zero. Winds will be coming from the West at 10-20 miles per hour, with some gusts reaching 30 miles per hour.
Frost bite and hypothermia are very possible if precautions are not taken. Limited outdoor exposure is recommended.
