The Dillonville woman accused of shooting her boyfriend during a fight has been released back into electronic home monitoring.
Mica Brandi posted her $300,000 bond back in September, but was picked up by police just after midnight on October 16th because it was believed she violated conditions of bond in Belmont County.
Through her GPS ankle monitoring, it was shown that she did not violate the terms.
There is however, still an active investigation into the Belmont County incident where it was believe that she was seen.
Mica is currently charged with the voluntary manslaughter of Nicholas Alissandratos.
She says it was in self defense.
