Drug Raid Results in Arrest of Bellaire, OH Man

The Belmont County Drug Task Force started their Thursday with a raid of an alleged drug house, at a home on

Dorer Street

in

West Bellaire

.

They executed a search warrant at

7:30 a.m.

 They found two children living there, under age 10. 

Nicholas Marinelli, 60, was arrested for two counts of possession and one count of cultivation.

“It was obvious that drug abuse was taking palce in the house,” Drug Task Force Commander Chief John McFarland said. “We did find some pills in the residence.”

Childrens Services has entered the case.

“There will also be a female who will also be facing criminal charges for evidence that we were able to gather during our investigation that was not transported to jail,” McFarland added.
