Ewing Sentenced to 1 Year for Burning Down Historic Belmont County Barn


The man who confessed to burning down a historic barn was sentenced to just six months in the county jail and no prison time.

After release from jail Donald Ewing will serve 12 months of high level supervised release, followed by 42 months of probation.

He will also have an 8:00 p.m. curfew along with 200 hours of community service.

He will also have to go through mental health counseling.
