Clark was charged with one count of murder in last month’s slayings of 88-year-old Doyle Chumney and 79-year-old Lillian Chumney of Strasburg. Their remains were found inside their torched car the day after they were reported missing.
The second suspect in the Chumney’s murder, 21-year-old Jeffrey Stewart, was arrested last month and is in custody.
Clark, Caley and Hazel are suspected of being involved in armed robberies in West Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia.
