A fight, presumably about relationship issues, spanned the western part of Belmont County Thursday night.
The fight between two men started just after 8:00 p.m. on Bark Camp Road, when one man was allegedly hitting the other man’s vehicle with a baseball bat.
The man inside the car being hit, drove away from the scene and went to Schlepp’s in Morristown where there would be more people around.
The alleged attacker followed and police say he ended up assaulting the victim with the bat and a knife before witnesses.
A report has been sent to the Prosecutor’s office.
