First Case of Ebola Diagnosed in U.S.


On Tuesday top ranking officials with the Centers for Disease Control announced the first diagnosed case of the Ebola virus in the U.S.

The patient remains in isolation in a Dallas, TX hospital, but their condition is unknown at this time.

Several Americans have been diagnosed with the virus, but were ultimately traced back to them working in the affected areas in west Africa.

A press conference has been scheduled Tuesday night for details pertaining to the patient.
