UPDATE: A Flash Flood watch has been issued for Ohio, Marshall and Brooke Counties until 6:15 p.m. Up to two inches of rain have fallen in some areas. Officials with the National Weather Service say flash flooding could occur in the following locations: Wheeling, West Liberty, Triadelphia, Valley Grove, Bethany, Clinton, Dallas, Elm Grove and Lone Oak.
UPDATE: The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for southwestern Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio County in northeastern Marshall County, southeastern Brooke County until 4:00 p.m.

The severe thunderstorm warning for Belmont County has been lifted.
UPDATE: The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Tornado Warning for northeastern Wetzel County and eastern Marshall County until 3:30 pm.
At 2:50 pm a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles southwest of Cameron moving north at 20 mph.
Moundsville Walmart has issued a shelter in place for shoppers until the warning has lifted.
Southeastern Belmont County is under a severe thunderstorm warning.
ORIGINAL: The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Tornado Warning in Wetzel County until 2:45 p.m..
A storm moving 10 miles per hour is moving thru central Wetzel County.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Jacksonburg, 14 miles southeast of New Martinsville.
This dangerous storm will be near Pine Grove around 2:45 p.m..
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Big Run, Proctor, Porters Falls, Wileyville, Reader and Smithfield.
Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
