Four people were arrested very early Sunday morning after a search warrant was executed at a home in Shadyside. Police received numerous complaints about traffic at the home on Lincoln Avenue.
Steven Douglas Wilson, 53, rented the home that police raided. He was found in possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug abuse instruments, and was further charged with resisting arrest and conveyance of drugs into the jail when he was found to have eight schedule 4 pills hidden.
Police also arrested Mischoy E. Holman, 29, of Wheeling. She is facing charges of possession of crack cocaine, trafficking of crack cocaine, and possession of drug abuse instruments. She was also charged with conveyance of drugs when jailors found a small crack rock on her.
Andre Eugene Hager, 44, was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug abuse instruments.
Jack H. Hostutler, 49, of Florida, was charged with possession of schedule 4 pills.
Officers from Powhatan and Bridgeport assisted Shadyside Police in the four arrests.
