Two bills were signed by West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to assist in the growing beer and tourism industries of the state.

The Herald-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1E3cRBS ) reports Senate bills 273 and 581 were signed Monday in Charleston. Tomblin says the bills will contribute to West Virginia‘s continued appeal as a great four-seasons destination.

SB 273 will allow craft brewers to sell and refill growlers (64-ounce containers), reduces licensing fees by basing them on production and eliminates bonding requirements.

SB 581 provides a substantial increase in funding to allow West Virginia to place marketing and advertising efforts into a robust regional and national campaign.
