TRIADELPHIA, WV – The Highlands will soon be welcoming three new businesses.
East Coast Metal will be building an all new warehouse near the current Silgan warehouse.
East Coast Metal, a branch of Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal, will provide jobs for 125 employees in the 57,000 square ft. building.
Blue Racer Oil and Gas will be moving into an open office in the current AT&T building. The company, based in Marshall County, is expected to bring jobs for roughly 12-15 employees.
The 8,400 square ft. Sears store will be transformed by OVMC into a physical therapy studio, which will provide several job opportunities.
There is currently no set time frame for the projects to be complete, but East Coast Metal hopes to have the new building built within the first quarter of next year, with a possible training center next to the building.
