Inmate Charged After Assaulting Correction Officer


An inmate at the Greene County Prison in Pa. will face more charges after assaulting a correction officer.

Randy Allen Kimble allegedly struck the victim twice with an open hand, while the victim was attempting to enter the “C” block at the prison.

Kimble left the immediate area, only to quickly return to spit in the face of the correction officer twice.

According to officials, Kimble will be arraigned on Wednesday, and will be charged with aggravated assault and aggravated harassment by a prisoner.
