A Jefferson County man has been found guilty on all the charges he was facing.
Elvis Henry was arrested for drug trafficking, weapons charges, and a federal warrant from the US Marshals.
The defense claims that Henry was set up by police, but the prosecutor said Henry’s defense is “unbelievable.” Henry’s defense went as far as saying that police shoot young, black men for no reason, setting them up on drug charges would be even more likely.
Henry’s sentencing is next week. He faces up to 14 years in prison.
