The Jefferson County woman charged with four counts of felony vehicular assault and DUI, plead not guilty to her charges Wednesday morning.
Prosecutor Jane Hanlin says this is not Courtney Snyder’s first DUI offence, thus the serious nature of her charges.
Hanlin says Snyder was operating an ATV under the influence when she injured a man pretty badly.
She has been ordered not to drive or consume alcohol, and to enter a rehabilitation program.
She was released on her own recognizance.
