A jury has found Sean Michael Earnest not guilty of battery. This happened Thursday in Ohio County Magistrate Court in front of Magistrate Harry Radcliffe.
Earnest’s charges stemmed from a May 2013 incident in which Anthony Demello, 22, died after falling from a porch at a house party in Fulton after Earnest had punched him.
