Local Screen Print Shop to Help WV First Responders in Flood Ravaged Areas

The screen print shop, ‘Sport Your Colors’ in Warwood, came up with the idea of making T-shirts raising money to help first responders.

Many of the fire departments and other agencies in southern West Virginia have lost everything in the devastating floods, also. So, this local business wants to raise money to help these officials get back to helping others. The shirts come in blue or yellow with an outline of the state of West Virginia with the hashtag #Strong underneath.

They’re selling the shirts for $20 each and half of the proceeds will be hand delivered to the areas affected, “Within the first 8-hours, we had 66 t-shirts ordered; so if we can get a big order, between 100 or 250, we will take that and we’ll get that first check down there,” said George Czapp, Co-owner of Sport Your Colors.

To order your shirt and help out, you can place your order by phone, (304)277-2777, on Facebook at @Sportyourcolorswhg, or by stopping by the store. The store is located at 1615 Warwood Ave. Wheeling.
