Police responded to a report of an intruder at a home in New Jersey. Upon arrival, officers found Jason Hubbard inside the residence. Police say Hubbard sneaked into the home and hid under a bed for three-straight days.
According to police, Hubbard slipped into an open door as the owner of the home took out the garbage. Police say Hubbard was allegedly hiding under the bed in a spare room for three days as he utilized an electric outlet to charge his four phones.
The homeowner reportedly heard a noise come from the spare room and when he looked under the bed, he discovered the intruder and immediately called police. Hubbard was initially placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass.
Hubbard has also been charged with Burglary and Theft of Services and was then transported to Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.
