A Wheeling man is in jail facing a domestic battery charge after he allegedly threatened to cut out his pregnant girlfriend’s baby.
According to police, Damion Daunte Green is in jail and faces a domestic battery charge. This is the third time he has been charged with domestic battery.
Police say Green and his pregnant girlfriend got into an argument at their Wheeling home late Tuesday night. During the argument Green allegedly physically assaulted his girlfriend. He then allegedly came at her with a knife and threatened to cut the baby out of her.
Green was arraigned Thursday morning by magistrate Joe Roxby and is in the Northern Regional Jail under a $10,000 bond.
