An arrest has been made in connection to the second body discovered along the Ohio River near Brooke County.
WTAE-TV reported police charged Hubert Wingate with homicide Thursday night, according to Public Information Officer Sonya Toler.
Police confirmed the identity of the body found as Andre Gray of Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania.
According to WTAE-TV, Wingate was already in the Allegheny County Jail on an outstanding warrant for an assault in Colorado. When he was picked up in Pittsburgh on that warrant, he was found with a semi-automatic handgun that he had concealed.
Gray disappeared in October 2014 from his apartment.
Pittsburgh police said this case is now being investigated as a homicide.
