A Marshall County man faces five years in prison after being charged with marijuana distribution.
A federal grand jury in Clarksburg returned an indictment Tuesday charging Christopher M. Delauder, 27, of Moundsville with distributing marijuana.
In April 2016, Delauder allegedly distributed a significant amount of marijuana in Marshall County.
Delauder was charged with one count of “Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Marijuana” and one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.”
He faces up to five years in prison and a fine up to $1,000,000 for each count.
