Students from Marshall County got a hands on lesson in science today. A group of middle school students from around the county were at the Schrader Center in Oglebay Park all day. Not only did they get to hear about things in the environment, but they also got to see and hold the things they were learning about. Some of the kids tell us what their favorite part of the day was.
“I enjoyed learning about all the bugs and creatures and how satisfying they can be,” said Marshall County student, Michael.
“My favorite bug was the water penny,” said Marshall County student, Lexie.
Every student seemed to have a great time today. They all say it was great to get out of the classroom.
