Mingo Junction Woman In Jail After Being Revived

A woman from Mingo Junction is in jail after being revived with Narcan by the Steubenville Fire Department.

Police say they responded to call at a home on Pennsylvania Avenue for a possible overdose. A man told police he was leaving the shower when he found Jolene Gaffoli unresponsive on the hallway floor.

Gaffoli denied using heroin. However, ASI personnel advised officers that her physical state and the result of the Narcan injection indicated opiate use.
