Monroe Central Seminoles headed into Guernsey County Friday night to take on the Buckeye Trail Warriors.

Things did not start well for Jarrett Hooper and the Seminole offense as Chase Stillion picked off a pass on the first offensive series and Stillion would give the Warriors great field position with his return.

Austin Snodgrass wouldn’t miss from inside the 10 as he rushed in to give the Warriors a 7-0 over Monroe Central.

Hooper though would shake off the INT though and rush in to get the Seminoles on the board and tie it at 7 in the 1st Quarter.

Warriors would retake the lead after a Seminole fumble as Snodgrass once again would score to make it 14-7 Buckeye Trail on Senior Night.

Jay Circosta and the Seminoles would comeback from a 17-7 deficit  and win 21-17 tonight against the Warriors, their fourth consecutive win to close out the season. They finished 6-4 just missing a playoff spot.
