United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced Wednesday Kenneth L. Smith, 26, of Moundsville was convicted in federal court of selling crack cocaine.
Officials revealed Smith sold crack cocaine in November 2013 in Ohio County.
Smith pled guilty on Wednesday to one count of distribution of cocaine base. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $1,000,000.
Assistant U.S. Attorney David Perri is prosecuting the case on behalf of the government.
U.S. Magistrate Judge James E. Seibert presided.
