New Details in Animal Neglect Case Out of Hancock County


There are new details on the case of a woman charged with neglecting more than 80 dogs at her kennel. 

Elizabeth Tustin’s attorney has filed numerous motions, including motions to modify the defendants bond and to dismiss the case.

Hancock County Magistrate Mike White ordered the state to respond to all of the requests by December 30.  Tustin is expected back in court on January 6 for a hearing.

Her trial is scheduled for March 16.
