A new program is now in place for Ohio students to earn college credit before high school graduation with ease.
According to school officials, the new program put in place is thriving.
The number of middle school and high school students in Ohio who are earning college credit has increased since the introduction of College Credit Plus.
Thousands of 7th through 12th graders take advantage of the program, which provides them college credit for free.
College Credit Plus also allows school districts and higher education institutions to negotiate agreements to share state funding.
