Officers responded to a call of shots being fired around 11:00 p.m. Wednesday at 5002 Middle Grave Creek Road in Marshall County.
Brent Allen Muskin, 49, is facing five felony counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, destruction of property and discharging a firearm.
Marshall County Sheriff Kevin Cecil says no one was hit and that officers recovered 25-to-30 casings.
Police say Muskin fired a pistol and one of the shots hit a home with a family inside.
Muskin had to be forcibly taken down at gunpoint after reportedly refusing to listen to officers orders.
Officers say Muskin was drunk and is now behind bars.
